big news: adrian updated his blog. this is exciting because he always makes me laugh!
i was thinking i could be like jon and write commentaries on things i observe here but then i realised that writing about people who study in the kaplan centre isn't so exciting. plus, if i wrote about them it would be like i'm admitting i don't study when i'm there and i just stare at people.. which is of course totally false.. i study SUPER DUPER hard. :D
saw kiss me kate (theatre under the stars). totally awesome production. i think one thing that kept me entertained was watching todd, siu hong and eugene's reactions to the show. it was pretty funny, cause they sort of covered the varying levels of amusement...like watching a sort of gradient of amusement (gradient? gradient? where did i get that word from.. must be all the time i spend thinking about concentration gradients or something) (oh yeah... the show itself was really good too...go see it if you can... if you're from vancouver i guess... or if it happens to travel your way sometime.)
i FINALLY saw minority report and i really liked it! (ivanna: i'm sorry but i broke the whole tom cruise ban thing... ) i mean, i'm not saying i really like tom (because that would be being disloyal to nicole) but anyways, the movie was cool. i especially like how the billboards call out to you as you walk by them. altho, that could get annoying after a while. there were a couple small little holes in the story but for the sake of those who haven't watched it yet i won't go into them... minor details anyways and overall, two thumbs up :)
neways seeing as how i have class in approximately 7.5 hours.. maybe i should go to bed.
